I am "me" to X, and especially when he's feeling cuddly. "Me!", he says, as he crawls over my body & snuggles down on my chest as we're lying in bed. "Guggle mama, guggle me!," he says, asking me in his own mangled way to give him a good, cozy snuggle. "Meeee!," he whines when he wants me to pick him up & hold him in my arms. I think that I will be a little sad when he finally figures out that I am not me, but rather you & that he is really me. I like being me to him.

That's interesting. We speak almost entirely in third person. I talk about myself as mama. And R talks about himself as R, instead of me.
